What is Facilities Management?

The Official Definition Of Facilities Management (FM)
The British Standards Institution defines facilities management' as "…the integration of processes within an organisation to maintain and develop the agreed services which support and improve the effectiveness of its primary activities." 

This essentially impacts every aspect of working life. In the services we cover all the aspects of FM from the very day we joint until we leave and move onto our second career.

Variations in level will depend on factors in your service career including role, rank and courses and appointments.

With our program you can engage in a FM role from the outset of your career. All our programs are linked to professional bodies in the UK and Internationally, so you can be sure that the certification you receive are recognised by the industry and employers you are looking to work with.

  • What qualifications do i gain from this Pathway?

    BTB Level 5 Diploma in International Facilities Management and Multinational Logistics Operations


    Level 5 Certificate in International Facilities Management and Multinational Logistics Operations 


    Level 4 Certificate in Management of Budgets and Productivity


    Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management


  • How do i get exemption towards the Degree?

    Once you have completed the National Armed Forces Academy pathway you will be given an exemption to attend your unique Professional Practice Framework (PPF)  Academy that will give you the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice.

  • What is the cost?

    To access this unique pathway program, you must be a member of the British Training Board, this costs £30 for life.


    The Cost of the Phase 2  program is £2500.


    This can be funded in many ways (please ask for details)


    *If you decide to pursue the degree route there is an extra cost of £3500 which will give you a Post Graduate diploma (120) credits at level 7.
