Due to the work of our Partner organisations, if you are an unemployed Veteran, Service leaver, spouse, or partner, we can secure funding to get you back into the workplace.

  • Q. Why would i want an Ex service person delivering training to my company?

    A. As Ex Military we have a wealth of experience that you can’t get while doing a job in the civilian world. When it comes to pressure in the working environment, can you really compare with the person who is stood in front of you training literally been there, seen it, and got the t-shirt

  • Q. How do i know that the trainer knows what they are talking about?

    A. The Heroes who do the training have all been through a training process to make sure that they are as current as possible and use all the latest teaching and training techniques to make sure that all your staff are trained to the highest standards.

  • Q. How will they know what training we require?

    A. The Hero who will be delivering your training will carry out a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on your company and agree a plan before any contract is signed

  • Q. Will they use inappropriate language or gestures while delivering training?

    A. Our Heroes are well mannered, polite and very professional.
