What is Facilities Management?

The Official Definition Of Facilities Management (FM)
The British Standards Institution defines facilities management' as "…the integration of processes within an organisation to maintain and develop the agreed services which support and improve the effectiveness of its primary activities." 

This essentially impacts every aspect of working life. In the services we cover all the aspects of FM from the very day we joint until we leave and move onto our second career.

Variations in level will depend on factors in your service career including role, rank and courses and appointments.

With our program you can engage in a FM role from the outset of your career. All our programs are linked to professional bodies in the UK and Internationally, so you can be sure that the certification you receive are recognised by the industry and employers you are looking to work with.

  • How do i get exemption towards the Degree?

    Once you have completed the Degree pathway you will also receive your exemption code to attend your unique exemption degree pathway with one of our University partners.

  • What is the cost?

    To access this unique pathway program, you must be a member of the British Training Board, this costs £30 for life.


    The Cost of the pathway program is £2500.


    This can be funded in various ways (please ask for details)


    *If you decide to pursue the degree route there is extra cost for the degree, this can be discussed with our university partner
