Purpose and Aim
The hub has been uniquely designed to support, develop and enhance the career opportunities for our members' Partners.
Our aim is to,
• Introduce the participant to the required skills for work
• Create a Career development plan via one to one coaching
• Develop the skills, experience and accredited qualifications for a chosen career pathway
Funding
The program is part funded to helps support you in your journey to employment, more information on the funding will be given at the briefing event

Each participant will follow our Pathway to Employment journey which includes,
Initial Assessment
Online Questionnaire
One to One Career Coaching
Skills Development Course
2 Day Skills for Work development
Sector specific pathway planning
Sector Development Course
including: Customer services, Management training, marketing and many more. please attend the brief for more information
Sectors
There are currently 5 Sectors to choose from they are:
Facilities management
Hospitality
Domestic & Commercial cleaning
Security
Administration
Your Career Development Manager (CDM) will also help you with your CV and tell you the phrases that work best with the qualifications you have achieved and the job role you are working towards.
