Our role is to make sure that the Skills and Qualifications you gain in the Armed Forces are used to get you the best start in a competitive job market. If you are just leaving the Services or have been out for a while we have the perfect solution for you. 

Our Academy routes help you to Translate your Skills into recognised Qualifications and learning that employers want, this coupled with our Guaranteed Interview Scheme (G.I.S.) makes it a powerful offering, have a look at what we have to offer. We offer locations where you can meet the team for a briefing and one to one chat with one of our Career Development Managers (CDM). We also offer the opportunity for you to complete your assessments for your Skills Translation at these locations under the guidance of our CDM's. 

We speak your language and only support our community in Wales. 

This program is supported by Career Wales, NHS Wales and The Welsh Government. 

We will secure funding (where possible) to get you the training required to get you the right job in the right area.

Our CDM's are all Ex forces and have been trained in our "Training With Heroes" Academy at our HQ in Swansea.
